1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WeClick. By accessing or using our mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WeClick ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

WeClick is a dating platform that uses algorithmic matching based on social-media-derived data. Our Service allows users to:

• Connect their YouTube, Apple Music, X (Twitter), and Twitch accounts
• Import liked content and followed channels to create a "Social Board"
• Match with other users based on shared interests and content preferences
• Communicate through our in-app messaging system
• Progressively reveal profile information through conversations

1. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using WeClick, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to register for or use the Service.

2. Account Ownership

You may only create and maintain one account. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your account.

1. Appropriate Behavior

You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will treat other users with respect and engage in good faith interactions.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Post sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Share hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Share contact information in violation of platform guidelines
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Collect, harvest, or store personal data of other users
• Misuse social-media-derived data obtained through the platform
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Log out from shared or public devices

1. How Connections Affect Your Experience

When you connect your YouTube, Apple Music, X, or Twitch account to WeClick, our Service will access certain data from those platforms to:

• Import your liked videos, songs, posts, and followed channels
• Create your Social Board visible to matches
• Identify compatibility with other users based on shared likes and follows
• Generate match suggestions and recommendations

2. Data Access Permissions

By connecting your accounts, you grant us permission to access:

• YouTube: Liked videos, video metadata, and channel information
• Apple Music: Recently played tracks, artist names, and album artwork
• X: Liked posts, post content, and author information
• Twitch: Followed channels, streamer profile information, and channel metadata

3. Disconnecting Accounts

You may disconnect your social media accounts (YouTube, Apple Music, X, Twitch) at any time through Account Settings. Upon disconnection:

• We will stop syncing new data from that platform
• Previously imported data may remain unless you request deletion
• Your matching capabilities may be affected

1. How Staged Reveals Function

WeClick uses a progressive reveal system where profile content (photos, interests, bio) is gradually unlocked as conversations develop. The number of message exchanges between matched users determines what content becomes visible.

2. User Visibility Preferences

You are responsible for configuring your visibility preferences, including:

• The order in which content is revealed
• Social Board visibility settings
• Which specific content items are visible or hidden

You acknowledge that your choices affect what information your matches can see.

3. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Content revealed to matches based on your preference settings
• How other users respond to or use revealed information
• Screenshots or recordings other users may make of revealed content
• Any consequences arising from information shared through the reveal system

1. Rights to Display Content

By uploading photos, text, or other content to WeClick, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

2. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. However, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

3. Prohibition of Misuse

You agree NOT to:

• Use match information for purposes other than personal dating interactions
• Share, sell, or distribute other users' profile information outside the app
• Contact matches through external channels without their consent
• Use match data for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes

1. No Guarantee of Match Success

WeClick does not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, make matches, or have any particular outcome from using the Service. The Service is provided as a platform to facilitate connections, but the success of any relationship is dependent on individual users.

2. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That defects will be corrected
• Availability in all geographic regions
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Algorithmic Limitations

Our matching algorithm is based on shared social media likes and engagement patterns. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of compatibility assessments
• That matches will result in meaningful connections
• That all relevant content will be captured or analyzed

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

1. Reasons for Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited conduct or post prohibited content
• Receive multiple reports from other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Fail to meet eligibility requirements

2. User Rights on Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon termination:

• Your profile will be removed from the platform
• You will lose access to matches and messages
• You may request deletion of your personal data

3. Data Handling After Termination

After account termination:

• Most personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
• Anonymized data may be retained for analytics
• Messages sent to other users may remain in their chat history

1. Right to Update Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service, unless otherwise specified.

2. Notice Procedures

For material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through:

• In-app notifications
• Email to your registered address
• Prominent posting within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

3. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
